hats in his days prior to coming to FFB. His past experiences have made
him a valued asset for our group. A former professional hockey player with
the Detroit Red Wing organization and an Operations Executive with Santa
Monica based American Golf Corporation; Kelly has thrived in the financing
arena simply due to the passion and desire to get things done in an honest,
hardworking fashion.
Since 2001, Kelly has funded more than 350 loans equating to more than $130 million in loan placements. Kelly’s experience in the Golf Industry has played to his advantage in the Real Estate financing Industry. Having spent eight years in the golf industry Kelly has found a niche that most lenders cannot offer, an in house golf course financing consultant that understand all aspect of the golf industry. In 2000, American Golf sponsored Kelly’s studies at Loyola Marymount University, where he earned an MBA, with honors. Since then Kelly has concentrated on securing capital financing for a wide variety of clients. Kelly says he is moved by the many emotional thank-you calls he received over the years from clients who credited him with helping them reach their financial goals.
